It all begins with a consultation session. This is where we get to know each other and we’ll talk you through how therapy works.

The total number of sessions will be up to you. We will review this weekly at the end of each session.

What this gets you?
Nothing beats an in-person therapy session but we understand this is sometimes a challenge so we provide online sessions via Zoom as well as in-person sessions when it is possible.
Can we talk for longer?
We find 50 minutes sessions are long enough. However, we do not set a limit as to how many sessions you can attend. That will be up to you.
